Everybody
wins.

Anyone can promise to settle a conflict.Turning it into an opportunity where all sides winis a different story. That's what I do.

Where do things stand? The first conversation is complimentary:let's see if we're a good fit.

Approach

Nobody likes to lose.
Not an argument, not their nerve, not time, not money, not face, not people, not opportunities. And yet, when conflict goes unresolved, almost everyone loses.
Georges Younes

Most people avoid conflict, give in, or try to win at all costs. All three roads lead to the same dead end: the conflict doesn't go away. It keeps simmering in the background, disguised as broken trust, a toxic atmosphere, high turnover, burnt-out talent, stalled projects and decisions that never get made.

A strained business partnership, a leader stuck in constant crisis mode, a team that no longer feels connected to its work, a start-up or non-profit that has lost sight of its mission, even a family feud with no end in sight. This is where I work, right where things get delicate: between people, within organisations, and across systems, sectors and cultures.

One thing I know for sure: when someone loses, everyone loses. And nobody wins until everybody does. That is why I create the space where what goes unsaid gets said and what goes unseen comes to light, and I help everyone involved get better at handling conflict. The way I do it: a deliberate blend of conflict management and organisational development.

Why this particular blend? Because companies, teams, projects and relationships rarely fail because of conflict, but because of how it is handled. And that is something we can shape, so that everybody wins:

  1. 1Straight talk, not rumours. We untangle what has become knotted and name openly what is holding things back, and where: between people just as much as in roles, structures and processes.
  2. 2Solutions, not silos. When everyone helps shape the solution, battle lines soften and walls come down. And what everyone has shaped together, everyone stands behind.
  3. 3Fireworks, not wildfires. Friction doesn't become a blaze but growth that lasts, rooted in your culture, your structures and your leadership.
Conflict is the clearest signal that change is needed, and the most powerful engine for making it happen.

"It's complicated." You have probably heard it more often than you'd like.

Complicated? Most of the time, it isn't. To be honest, we just never took the time to really understand it.
Complex? Far more often. And that is worth exploring.

Complexity is familiar territory for me. As a founder, leader, colleague and educator, I've seen first-hand what happens when conflicts go unspoken, when appreciation and recognition are missing, when needs go unmet. I know the damage it can do. That's why my work is grounded in dignity, centred on people, and honest, and why I'm not afraid to question leadership styles, team dynamics, workplace cultures, processes and structures.

Sometimes everything gets so tangled that nothing moves anymore. That's when I step in as a mediator and get stuck conflicts moving again: out of court, in confidence, and on everyone's side. As a registered mediator, I'm bound by confidentiality under the Austrian Civil Law Mediation Act. For me, it's more than a duty: it's a principle I hold in every role. I support everyone involved in reaching agreements that last, where all sides win. No court can do that.

And sometimes, something new wants to take shape. That's when I help you think it through, shape it and see it through, as a management consultant, leadership coach and organisational development specialist. Change, too, isn't complicated. It's complex: people, roles and habits start to move, and they rub against each other. But don't worry: I've learned to work with friction. Friction can do two things: start a raging wildfire, or set off an unforgettable fireworks display. I'm not big on wildfires. But everyone loves fireworks, and fireworks I do well.

Winning Strategy

How all sides win.

From start-ups to global corporations, from non-profits to family businesses: no two cases are alike. They differ in scope, goals, complexity and urgency, and above all in the people involved. Off‑the‑shelf solutions rarely survive conflict and change. Tailored ones do.

Whether it's a leadership team that talks about each other instead of to each other, a team where nobody says what they really think, or a family that can no longer sit at the same table for the holidays: my goal is always the same. To turn a situation that is wearing everyone down into one everyone can live with again.

Management Consulting

Organisational development & change Management Consulting

Let's be honestConflict doesn't just cost money. It costs countless missed opportunities. Time to put them to use.

A leadership change, a restructuring, a new direction. On paper, everything looks clear-cut, and yet things stall. Change rarely fails because of the strategy. Far more often, it fails because of the unresolved tensions beneath it.

I start where it really counts: culture, structures, and above all, unspoken conflicts. I help organisations, companies and initiatives reconnect with why they exist. That way, change doesn't become a breaking point, but a source of real resilience.

What we work on

  • Change & transformationChange processes, restructuring, agile and less hierarchical organisations
  • Handovers & successionBusiness succession, leadership transitions, next-generation leadership
  • Mergers & partnershipsMergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration, bringing cultures together
  • Organisational cultureTrust, collaboration, how you handle mistakes and celebrate success
  • Strategy & purposeMission, vision, purpose, strategic direction
  • Conflict managementConflict analysis, diagnosis, building an in-house conflict management system

Stop putting off conflicts, hard conversations and uncomfortable decisions. Learn to read tension early and lead a team that enjoys coming to work, a team where your needs count too. So that in the end, everyone wins. Including you.

Mediation

Beyond the courtroom Mediation

Let's be honestA court decides for you. In mediation, you decide. And usually faster and cheaper, too.

Mediation is a confidential, omnipartial, forward-looking alternative to going to court. The parties work out solutions together and reach agreements that last and work for everyone.

It isn't about dwelling on the past, and it isn't arbitration either. It's about making everyone a winner.

Facilitation & Hosting

Encounters that matter Facilitation & Hosting

Let's be honestAnyone can work through an agenda. Holding the room when things heat up is the real work.

Sometimes you need someone confident at your side to hold the room at an important event. Sometimes you need someone to shape that event from the very first idea to the last item on the agenda. I do both.

I host conferences and events, facilitate retreats and workshops, and moderate difficult conversations, always with a trained eye for the dynamics in the room, and an ear for every voice: the loud, the quiet and the unheard.

What we work on

Keynotes & Training

Stage & classroom Keynotes & Training

Let's be honestAfter a good talk or workshop, everyone claps. After a great one, everyone does something differently.

Whether on stage or in the seminar room, it all comes down to the same conviction: conflicts are invitations to the change that is needed. Those who learn to read them win, not just for themselves, but for everyone. In my keynotes, I shake things up and shift the way we think about conflict. In my workshops, that insight becomes skill.

I teach at the intersection of conflict and peace studies, communication and community building, grounded in research and always close to practice. Whether it's a tailored keynote, a workshop or a university course, my aim is always the same: what I teach doesn't just stay in the room. It shapes how people see conflict, how they relate to one another, argue and work together, long after I've left the stage or the classroom.

What we work on

  • "Why conflict is great news"
  • "Conflict as a signal for change"
  • "The art of arguing well"
  • "Anyone can be a mediator"
  • "Forgiveness can be learned"
  • and many more, always tailored: as a keynote, in-house training, workshop or university course

What you gainInsightAn idea that sticks and shifts mindsets.SkillsTools people put to use that same day.ChangePeople and teams who see conflict as an opportunity from then on.

Winning Moves

Packages that win.

What works best is always tailored. Still, some formats have proven themselves so often that they have earned a name of their own. All good things come in fours: tried, tested, and a good way to see how I work.

Whichever you choose, it always starts the same way: a complimentary conversation about where you stand.

My promise

I can't promise that conflict will never land on your table again. Nobody can, not at the dinner table and not at the meeting table. But I can promise that nobody will leave the table a loser.I make sure everyone stays at the table until the unsaid is said and the unheard is heard. That's when the tables turn: conflict becomes opportunity, and in the end, everybody wins.

Let's talk. We'll take it from there.
