Approach
Not an argument, not their nerve, not time, not money, not face, not people, not opportunities. And yet, when conflict goes unresolved, almost everyone loses.

Most people avoid conflict, give in, or try to win at all costs. All three roads lead to the same dead end: the conflict doesn't go away. It keeps simmering in the background, disguised as broken trust, a toxic atmosphere, high turnover, burnt-out talent, stalled projects and decisions that never get made.
A strained business partnership, a leader stuck in constant crisis mode, a team that no longer feels connected to its work, a start-up or non-profit that has lost sight of its mission, even a family feud with no end in sight. This is where I work, right where things get delicate: between people, within organisations, and across systems, sectors and cultures.
One thing I know for sure: when someone loses, everyone loses. And nobody wins until everybody does. That is why I create the space where what goes unsaid gets said and what goes unseen comes to light, and I help everyone involved get better at handling conflict. The way I do it: a deliberate blend of conflict management and organisational development.
Why this particular blend? Because companies, teams, projects and relationships rarely fail because of conflict, but because of how it is handled. And that is something we can shape, so that everybody wins:
- 1Straight talk, not rumours. We untangle what has become knotted and name openly what is holding things back, and where: between people just as much as in roles, structures and processes.
- 2Solutions, not silos. When everyone helps shape the solution, battle lines soften and walls come down. And what everyone has shaped together, everyone stands behind.
- 3Fireworks, not wildfires. Friction doesn't become a blaze but growth that lasts, rooted in your culture, your structures and your leadership.
